Do I have to pick from your listed chalets online?

No. Our listed chalets are inspiration to what could be built for you. Each chalet is bespoke to your needs and requirements.

What is the lead time for an LJ Sapphire chalet?

A standard 2 bedroom chalet takes around 6 weeks to plan and build with approx 8 – 10 weeks for larger chalets.

How much does a chalet cost?

Chalets start from £24K up to £59K for our 3 bedroom Sapphire premium chalets. Cost depends on your new home specification.

Do the chalets come fully furnished?

Kitchen installation, bathroom suite, flooring and built-in wardrobes are all included. Other items like sofa’s and beds are not.

Do you deliver and site the chalets?

No. We don’t offer this service ourselves but, we have many trusted contacts who we often use and recommend.
